What I Love: 7/11/13

Planning how I'm going to redecorate my room! I'm thinking peacock blue with white trim and hints of yellow, kind of like this:

The real question is, should I paint it all white under the chair rail/ledge, or should I do it like the photo? Thoughts/opinions/ideas?

Random sidenote: Wow, it's been harder than I thought getting back into the swing of blogging every day.
